Wide span rack consist of light duty racking, medium duty racking and heavy duty racking. They are also called longspan racking shelves (standard shelves), which are a kind of warehouse storage shelving systems. It is distinguished and named according to the carrying capacity of the shelf.
According to this division principle, medium sized warehouse shelving systems are between light duty industrial storage racking systems and heavy duty racking system, hence the name medium-sized shelves. Usually the shelf carries 200kg to 500kg layers (most of the shelf loads are calculated based on the carrying capacity of the layer).
The height of the layer can be adjusted freely at a distance of 5cm. However, its material specifications are relatively small and the carrying capacity is relatively small.
The price of this kind of light duty racking system is relatively economical and the structure is relatively universal angle steel. The shelf should be stable and reliable, and can carry 100-250kg within a span of 1500cm.
The surface is treated with plastic spray, which is beautiful and clean. It is suitable for storing light and medium-sized items and manual access.
