Description of medium warehouse storage racking:
Different types of industrial warehouse racking use different hole patterns to facilitate the hanging of beams. The commonly used hole patterns in the market today are trapezoidal holes, teardrop holes, butterfly holes, diamond holes and other hole patterns. There is no specific implementation standard for the specific pass type. Most manufacturers adopt the corresponding pass type according to their own production process.
For medium sized industrial racking, trapezoidal holes and butterfly holes are more commonly used in the market. The trapezoidal hole is convenient for punching, which is convenient for customers to carry out secondary expansion; the butterfly hole is beautiful and easy to install.
Main rack: It is assembled by columns, beams, and laminates, with two independent column pieces, which can be used alone;
Add on rack: If several sets of shelves are assembled into a row, except that the first group needs two columns, the other racks can share one column with the group in front of it. Such racks are called sub-racks.
The combination of main and add on rack is the most widely used, which can save space and reduce costs.
However, if you are moving industrial warehouse shelving frequently, it is recommended to use the main rack. The racks connected to the main and attached racks must move with the main rack, and the engineering volume is relatively large.
If you are for sales, it is recommended to purchase the main rack or most of the main rack with a small part of the add on rack.
