Material Handling Racking Systems is also called large capacity storage racking, which is assembled by uprights, beams, and laminates. An independent group has two uprights. Such a shelf is called the main shelf. If several groups are assembled into a row, except that the first group needs two pieces of uprights, the others can share one upright with the group in front of it. Such shelves are called sub-frames.
If it is a shelf that needs to be moved frequently, we will recommend to use the main shelf. The rack connected to the main and sub racks must move with the main rack.

Erect a column piece and insert two beams into the butterfly hole at the bottom to be aligned.
Erect another column piece, insert the beam in step 1 and pay attention to alignment.
According to the above insertion method, insert the remaining beams in sequence according to the required floor height and pay attention to alignment.
Put the laminates on the P-beam one by one to complete.
The number of layers and the width of each layer can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
