Brief introdution of Maobang selective pallet racking

Generally speaking, upright frames are produced by roll forming flat coils of steel. During the manufacturing process, holes are punched on the surface of the upright at standard intervals so that the beam can be installed and adjusted up and down on the uprights. Vertical frames can also be constructed using structural C shaped columns. The diagonal bracing and the horizontal bracing are welded or bolted between the two columns to form a upright frame. The footplate, also called the anchor or bottom plate, is connected to the floor. The footplate is going to be fixed on the floor and also increases the stability of the pallet racking system. The load beam is the horizontal support in the pallet racking system. They provide surface storage areas to place goods on pallet racks. There are there basic styles, they are stepped beams, box beams and double welded box beams. The beam is fixed to the upright frame, and its height can be adjusted.
