Drive In Racking system structure:
The drive in storage system is composed of a frame and vertical columns to form an internal drive way.
Both sides of each aisle are equipped with different levels of support rails, and pallets are placed on them. For loading and unloading operations, when the forklift enters the lane, it lifts the unit load to above the track that is placed above it.
This compact storage system allows as many SKUs as loading lanes. The depth and height depend on the number of pallets to be stored.
In order to protect your personnel, products and racks, all types of pallet rack systems must be safely loaded. As forklifts move in and out of the rack system, the importance of paying attention to safety when loading pallets into the drive system cannot be overstated. The operator should enter the system slowly and consciously and be careful not to hit the vertical frame of the system. Before using the system, verify that the forklift to be used is compatible with the dimensions of the rack system.
LIFO (last in, first out) or FIFO (first in, first out) load methods.
Deep lane storage reduces space usage, cuts costs and holds more loads.
Multiple access aisles eliminated.
Extra control over inputs and outputs.
More storage density instead of the direct access of Pallet Racks.
Specifically designed for your pallets and forklifts.
