According to the size of the pallet racking, such as L, W to design, usually the tray is best to keep a 5-10 cm distance from the column, which can be appropriately enlarged. The panel can be selected with inner coil groove, or C-shaped steel, and rectangular tube, etc.
The legs can be made of rectangular tube or cold plate bending, or in-roll groove, C-shaped steel. Use CO2 shielded welding to weld, remove slag, polish, then pickling and phosphating, or shot blasting to remove oil and rust, and then spraying.
