Warehouse pallet racking system, also known as selection racks, heavy racking system, high bay racking, high density racks and pallet racks, are the most widely used pallet type goods storage racks, and they have strong versatility.
Heavy duty industrial shelves are racks divided into several rows along the width of the warehouse. There is an aisle in between for stacking cranes, forklifts or other handling machinery. Each row of heavy racking system is divided into several rows along the longitudinal direction of the warehouse, and several rows in the vertical direction.
Layers, thereby forming a large number of cargo spaces, use pallets to store goods. The load-bearing capacity of each layer of the rack beam can be as high as 4500KG. Most of these industrial storage racking systems use forward-moving battery forklifts, counterbalanced battery forklifts, and three-way forklifts for access operations. When the rack height is low, electric stackers can also be used, and stackers for ultra-high-level warehouses are used for access operations.
