In October 2019, the factory salesman Shadow Loo and A.K contacted through WeChat. After many WeChat exchanges between the two sides, our salesman learned that the products intended by customers were pallet shelves and drive in pallet. And knowing that the other party is now in China, we invited him to visit our factory and discuss the details in detail.
In early November, the customer came to visit our factory. Salesman shadow showed him our sample room first. He mainly understood pallet shelves, drive in shelves and combination shelves.
Through our salesman's introduction to these shelves from Maobang warehouse racking manufacturer, the customer chose the tray rack after comparing the characteristics of the tray rack and the push-in rack. Then we went to the factory to look at the production process: raw materials → punching → cold rolling forming → cutting size → welding → surface coating → packaging → finished product.
Finally we came to the conference room. Our designers designed and modified the CAD drawings for his pallet racking requirements and dimensions. After several modifications, our designers finally designed a satisfactory solution for A.K, saving him money and expanding the storage capacity of the warehouse.
We also discussed after sales service and installation issues, and our salesperson Shadow provided him with a range of warehouse storage equipment. Our strength and expertise have conquered A.K, signed PI with us on the spot. The value of these pallet racks is $37,600.
